I only use my machine to wash but now it sounds as if its washing bricks. With other machines this has turned out to be the brushes needing to be replaced. I want to do this first before I get someone out to fix it as I've been quoted just over £100! for the pleasure......lol
I want to know where are the brushes and how do I change them?

it dosnt sound like brushs to me if the bowl turns during wash and spin then its not the problem. if the noise you hear sounds like a scaping noise them its probably something stuck in the bowls check the small holes for a brawire poking through. hope this helps let me know how you go.
