Error message says the color cartridge is missing. I have installed a new cartridge, cleaned the contacts in the cartridge bay, and have run numerous test pages. Still nothing prints. The aligment test runs, and the print test pages runs, however, there is nothing on the page.

Lexmark printers are very very fussy on the type of cartridge used.

Are the Cartridges Official Lexmark Origionals or are they replacements? Lexmarks have a habit of rejecting Non Official Lexmark Ink and there is no way round this.

Replace it with an Lex Cartridge (expensive) and it will work
