where can I buy new outlet washers for the cistern on Caroma toilets?

The old washers are starting to leak after 4 years of service.

New washers are available singularly, or in a pack from hardware stores - such as Bunnings.

The pack I bought was $2.50 and included 4 washers to replace the various ones in a Caroma cistern. It's a yellow pack, branded "Fix-A-Loo."
