My Dishwasher timer gets stuck on all cycles after about 20 minutes. If i click it to the next stage of the cycle then it gets stuck again about 20 mins later. At present i am setting a timer to manually move it to the next stage every 20 mins. This is ok, but is starting to irritate me now. Any ideas?

is it heating the water?.if it doesn't it will wash and wash and hold the program
