Both phones show range out message on them and we have lost the manual, any suggestions please?

HAD SAME PROBLEM MYSELF (DIFFERENT MODEL PHONE) I UNPLUGGED THEM FOR A COUPLE OR THREE DAYS,PLUGGED THEM BACK IN, AND THEY ARE NOW WORKING!!!!!!!! MABYE I GOT LUCKY, GIIVE IT A TRY & GOOD LUCK
