cam belt?

When should a cam belt be changed on a Rover 45 2ltr
TD Reg March 2004
Georgina Thompson, July 2009
Quoting from Autodata: 84000 miles or 7 years if your engine has an automatic tensioner, or 48000 miles or 4 years if your engine has a manual tensioner. There are two belts on these.
