hi there isnt a code but i will talk u thro wot u gotta do first of all press menu go to factory setting and press ok type in 0000 press ok to delete then press ok for english then type in 1570 then go to key emu switch to on then exit then press instalation switch cable network to ntl go to automatic scan once channels are found exit and all shud b workin hope it works for u as it did for me

were only on narvision 2 here in ireland , we were on on narvision 1 , , and there is no firmware out yet , but you can get a new make of box that can read narvision 2, , from the uk and it works fine here ,,,,,,, mick ,,,,,, north dublin,,,,,,
