My saniflo keeps running on and not draining. i think the float in the macerator is defective. could this be the reason and if so, where can i buy this part
Simples if it is indeed running up properly either it has a blockage stoping effluent entering the pump or if not the anti cavitation vent is blocked, take off the pump cover plate and clear all holes and try again.

if its not draining then if the motor turning.
it may be making a noise but that don't mean its turning. sounds like the prop is jammed.
