potterton 24 problem with venturi in flue?

I've got a potterton 24 boiler which has been giving me problems with the venturi in the flue.
We replaced the plastic venturi 3 times but within an hr its burn out.

Also changed the heatexchanger but still no luck.

Any idea.

Check the burner pressures as it may be producing too much heat, if they're ok i'd be looking at the fan.
