my Samsung MP3 (YP-T9) is frozen?

my yp t9 is frozen . when i on it it on but after displaying samsung logo it froze.i cann't charge it and cann't access to its memory. how to mend it.and in low level usb mode it ask keycodes. alsotell me keycode.
