try a full system reset..... unplug from the mains... plug back in and hold both arrow buttons (left and right) on the front of the box. the circle will light up ... at that point push the button in the middle of the circle and the light will spin backwards..... this might cure the fault but it will clear all saved stuff in planner... good luck...
