i need to know what the menu looks like to help you , but i have being looking up that box , and 1010 is the key for getting into the code box , but on other boxes , you would go into the menu then go to (system information) then type your key number , to open the codes box , if you go to the web site www.digitalkaos.co.uk , they are very good there on all makes of box , and will help you there ,,,,,,
