I have a V70 & the wrong code was put in by mistake?

After a battery down my radio needed the code put back in. Unfortunately the wrong code was put in (twice) & now the radio etc says OFF. I have the proper code so how can I proceed, please?

The radio must be left turned on (showing "OFF") for approx. 2 hours.

Then it will either show "CODE" or just turn itself off. If it turned itself off, just turn it on - you should see "CODE".
