How can I stop my smeg DW1612C FROM LEAKING?

My SMEG DW1612C leakes from the bottom of the door, the seal around the door seams to be fine, I have read that it could be over flowing due to a faulty cut off switch. Could this be the case and can it be easily changed.Any help would be greatful

Wait untill it finishes filling. Put towels around it and under if you can. Open the door. YES open the door the level should be below the bottom sprayer about 1/2 to an inch. Anyway if it runs out over the floor then the level is set too high or the cut switch has a problem. I dont know your dish washer but you should be able to open the door at anytime during the wash cycle without it running over the floor. If it all looks good then closely inspect your seal again down the bottom in the corners you will find it is perished and maybe a part of it is missing also inspect the seal that runs along the very bottom of the door as it might be that one thats perished. good luck
