renault laguna engine fault?

i've got a renault laguna 1.6 16v. 2001 (51 reg) 36,000 miles.the fault is=when i put in my key card, dash lights come on as normal (oil battery etc)but the electrical fault light stays on.I start the car and the rev's flicker fast between 1000-2000rpm the engine will not respond to pressing the throttle,could anyone solve this problem for me as it's becoming a pain.Any help please!!!!

its is electrical interferance.£200 at your reanult dealer too fix the problem.but its only a piece wire that costs £35.it fits in the loom by the startermoter.reanult said my carbouretter was full of carbon at first.new one of them it wasent that so dont let them put one of them on
