Eurovox no signal Fix?

Lots of people seem to be suffering the same problem that i had where suddenly i lost the signal on a number of channels ie sky sports, BBC1,2 channel 3,4 and had a poor picture on the movie channels, signal kept breaking up.

I had gone down the route that the signal was too week. I had tried downloading latest firmware, 8% signal fix, factory re install, power scans changing frequencies, signal boosters, adjusting settings and much more with no joy.

However as a last resort i brought an Attenuator from Maplins for £8 which reduces the signal and it now works fine. VM must have increased the signal.

Just plug the Attenuator int the eurovox rf port and then plug the cable feed into that.

Hope this works for other people.

Product Features
Ideal for use when aerial signal is too strong
Universal - fine tune the attenuation to get a perfect picture
Ideal for use when the level of attenuation is unknown
0-20dB continuous variable attenuation
75Ω impedance
Frequency range 5-1000MHz
Insertion loss less than 2dB
Signals that are too stong can affect the clarity of your TV signal as much as too weak a signal. When the analogue signal is switched off in the UK, the digital signal will be boosted from its current rate. This may mean that you had perfect signal before the switchover and then your digital picture breaks up or mosaics, this is where the Variable Aerial Attenuator comes in.
Its adjustable tuning means you need not worry about which attenuator to purchase, this will cover the full range that will be required.
Order Code: A03HT
