Glow Worm Swift Flow 1997 condensing boiler?

My Glow Worm Swift Flow condensing boiler when i turn the hot water tap on i get hot water but the pressure gage bounces up and down and makes a low
vibrating noise, please can anyone give me any advice on how to fix this?
