how to make it work? ?

i have a corded panasonic easa phone, which stoped
working last month, i forgot to replace the battery
and hence the battery leaked can it be mended ?
and if yes then how .. can i use a soln to clean the
circuits...?

No need to use solvents. Use water (deionised is best because it doesn't leave salt residues.) Just ensure that you dry everything well before you insert new batteries.
