After hot water use the boiler sometimes continues making a noise (the "working" noise) and the main flame will then come on and off intermittently even though the hot water tap is closed.
Not very sure on this boiler unless you have preheat hotwater knob on the panel which will keep hotwater in the boiler hot all the time and that will keep boiler on and off by its self all the time
