and leaves laundry soap on cloths and dirty lint on them to? like on my blankets,towels,all my clothing.I have asears.roebuck and co.usa,kenmore model 110.26842691, stock26842, 10 amps, 60 hz, 120 volts machine and my laundry is stacking up. Need to fix it but don't having money to do so if needed parts.

If you are rinsing in cold water, you need to shut the cold water supply off and remove the hose at the fill valve side. Once removed check the filter screen for sediment that would lodge in there and prevent the cold water from rinsing the clothes. Try this first.
