Downlight & Ceiling Question?

I have this electrician replacing some downlights for me - and to my shocking surprise - he had pulled some chunks of ceiling together with the old downlights/ The chunks are around the hole where the old downlights were and bits around the hole came off-

Is this something that I have to worry about to fix it to make it sound structurally with some sort of plaster or should I just leave it as the new downlights fitted alright?

I'd appreciate any comments. Thanks.

Just leave things well alone - so long as the damaged plaster is hidden by the new lights, and the lights themselves are secure in the ceiling, you have nothing to worry about.
