how can I fix my gas cooker - Flavel Leisure 2100 Stirling Si?

gas cooker - Flavel Leisure 2100 Stirling Si. The oven flame when turned on remains at a low level despite turning the oven heat knob up to high/9. Is the problem with the thermostat or something else?

i have the same problem it stays at low flame, the other oven works fine (leisure range cooker) what is the problem ???
