Canon Smartbase MP360s printer(multifunctional -printer, scanner, copier) wont print yellow since installing windows xp pro. I have re-installed canon several times, uninstalled the driver, reinstalled the driver. updated the driver from canon website, for windows xp pro, but cannot get the printer to print the yellow, any colour including yellow, just does not print, the printer is fine in black. I used compatibles, but bought canon only inkjet cartridge in desperation. Tried using gloss paper, to no avail, please help, otherwise i will have to dispose, I need it for a college project, cannot afford to upgrade, it isnt that old, and has certainly not been over used. Most of the time, it changes to german on the troubleshooting and will not allow me to alter it back to english. Please help.

well for the printer not printing yellow try buying a new cardgerg or try dipind the cardridge in water for a while but i cant help with the germen thing sry
