water not going round tiolet bowl?

When I flush my toilet the water only 3/4 goes round the bowl. I have changed the the device the flushing system. Not sure what to do next?

If you have changed the flushing unit then theres not much more that you can really do - apart from ensuring that the cistern is completely full before you flush. Reducing the water capacity of the cistern does give a flush of lesser force.
