How can i fix my potterton netaheat 80E?

It is so noisy when I turn it up to 70 degrees and above. It makes a grinding sound.

Clean the system the noise is most likly to be the water in the cast iron heat exchanger not make total contact with the surfaces and having small air pockets in which heat up and explode causing noise.
