How to fix my diplomat dishwasher ADP8224?

Error code E3 showing on my diplomat dishwasher. We have no manual to help.

The diswasher is not able to heat the washing water correctly. I think it is the heating element in the bottom. Ours is the same but I don't know. Good Luck
