My Candy CD622 dishwasher does not draw water.I have checked connections.filters etc. Water is getting to entry point of machine.Machine motor is running when turned on and program dial turned to any of the programs. I can hear rotor arm turning. Can only assume that program is not calling for water and am therefore led to believe that fault may be with program elemat. Suggestions would be most welcomee.
