My samsung j1453s washing machine is making an awful noise from the drainage pump area, and I keep getting the SE code. I've drained the water and removed the front part of the drainage but I can't see any blockage or anything that could be making the noise. It almost sounds as though something large is rattling around in that fan thing. Please help.

Hi Deb. No i never did get an answer, but somehow worked it out anyway. I bought a new drain pump (about £10 on ebay) and my other half got his tools out and changed it for me. Been fine ever since. Good luck!
