leaking shower?

has anyone had there triton opal leaking water from the inside, if so any suggestions on what to do please.

This happened to ours, water was pouring out of the unit and within 24hrs, the water was not heating up, and then it gave up the ghost!!!! funny how the warranty has just expired!!!

if its coming out the clear plastic overflow pipe bottom of shower case the shower head is blocked with limescale
