Bosch washer dryer model WFT2800?

It is washing no problem but when it goes to the dryer cycle it is not drying everything is getting soaking? I have checked the filter and there is nothing blocking.

Any suggestions?

I have just cleared this fault. The condenser was partially blocked with hair and fluff. From the rear of the machine remove the rubber hose from the LHS of the drum connected to the white plastic condenser. Remove the lid and the dryer fan. Rod it through until clear. The dryer fan impeller will also need cleaning of hard powder type build up.It is also worth cleaning the outlet pipes and the plastic catch can (top RHS rear of machine). I then used a descaler to clean any loose debris remaining.

If your dryer is not working it may be the temperature trip switch has been activated. To fix this, remove the top of the washing machine, (four screws, two hidden down the sides) and you will see the aluminium ducting on top. On this ducting there is a black rectangular switch which has a small red button on it. Press the button in. If it has tripped, it will click back into position and cure your dryer problem.
