Why is my Bosh KGU 40191/02 forming ice in the bottom of the freezer comp?

I have a Bosh KGU 40191, no frost refrigertor. It is a two-door with the refrigertor above the freezer compartment. The problem is that ice forms in the bottom, rear of the freezer compartment. Right now the ice formation is about an inch thick. I have removed the bottom drawer until I find a solution to the problem.

ignore the instructions book and defrost it for at least 48 hours, behind the plate in the freezer is heat exchange, The more likey cause is the drain hole is frozen and that extra water has frozen over a period of time. The defrost heater only comes on for 20 minutes at a time.
Try this first b4 you look at the thermisters which moniter the temperture in freezer.

Hope this helps
