URGENT! how do i fit a servis washing machine M3094 fanbelt?

how do i fit the fan belt on my Servis washing machine M3904?
i have the right fan belt, but i think i need to loosen something on the drum in order to stretch the fan belt across the drum and the arm below it as it is too short. Also, which is the inside of the fanbelt, the smooth side or the ridge side? URGENT,piles of washing no washing machine to do it!!!!!!

I don't know the machine but loosen the motor mounting bolts and fit the belt around the large flywheel pulley (ridged side in contact with the flywheel) and attach to the motor.
Push the motor to tighten and tighten the mountig bolts.
Turn the fkywheel pulley by hand a few times to ensure tight and not wandering on the edge of the flywheel pulley (should sit in the middle of the flywheel pulley if not adjust at the motor end until it does).
