Bought LG DVD / Video Recorder about 2 years back, could never fathom out how to work it !!! but having tried to use recently, the DVD 'holder' seems to have a mind of it's own :- Won't Open - Opens / Shuts before you can get DVD in - Opens at Random - Doesn't recognise Disc - Opens / Closes for no reason - Stops playing - won't eject.......you name it !

Any ideas ??? where can I get it fixed locally - Basildon / Thurrock Essex.
