The microwave is unusable since it is always asks to enter numbers for the timer option on screen. However, i can not enter any numbers at all and the reset option doesn't work. The microwave also constantly makes the beeping sounds. Sometimes it automaticaly goes back to the clock option and then comes back again to the timer option. If anyone knows any information of how to fix or how to connect to the producing factory or customer service please answer. Thanks
