My Zanussi WJS1265 W does not dispennce the fabric softener. The dispencer draw is clean and free of any blockage, so I think the problem is that the water is not getting into the softener section of the draw. Would this be a mechanical fault or is it a water valve not opening.
Can some body help please.

Thanks for the response. Can you tell me if there is a quick way to get to the final rinse cycle to check water is coming through the holes for the softener, or do I have to just stand and wait for it to reach this point.

the holes above in the conveyor will be blocked and stopping the water from getting in to the softner compartment.remove the soap draw and try cleaning them out whilst the water is coming through them as this helps flushing the holes rather than pushing the grim further in.hold a towel across the front where the draw has been removed as water will run out and down the front of the machine whilst doing this process.If this doesn't clear the holes a new conveyor will need fitting
