The soap in my Bosch Excel is not rinsing away. ?

I have tried everything. The water is filling up in the machine. The clothes are extremely clean. The pump is not blocked, the waste pipe is not blocked - all the pipes under the sink have been cleaned. I have tried half the amount of detergent and have ran the wash twice with several rinse cycles - the soap still agitates even on the 4th or 5th rinse cycle. The bubbles are coming up out of the small sink in the middle and I have run out of ideas. With no clothes the water runs clear after a couple of rinses. I now have no more ideas. An engineer has checked the machine and it is fine so changing the machine won't fix the problem. It has been fine for 3 years

check the soap that your using is made for a front loader not a toploader as the toploading machine create more subbs try changeing soap.

i think the sink washing up water residue is leaking back into machine via the drain hose, or as the machine pumps out the residue in the sink u bend is aerated hence the bubbles
cure change to a separate stand pipe
