smell from Hotpoint wf860?

There is a musty smell coming from my machine, I have removed the door seal & steeped it in bleach overnight to remove the black greasy grime, I have been told to check / clean the drain filter. Can someone advise where to locate this and how easy it is to come off. Any other tips on how to remove the smell would be appreciated.

check in the sump hose, this is the hose that is attached to the bottom of the outer drum,
smell is caused by (bacteria breeding in moist conditions) in the machine because of mostly low 40 temp washing, using non bleach washing powder and conditioner,
To help this condition makers now advise you to do a service wash of 95+. no washing in,every couple of months a cup of bleach and washing powder, when cycle has done dry inside the door seal creases at the bottom, leave the door slightly open and the same to the powder draw, this aids VENTILATION
