how can i charge my phone??

i tried to charge my phone and the charger won't connect to my phone, ive put my charge into a friends phone to see if it is the charger but the charger work perfectly and my battery is almost running out.

and the capacitors which leads from charging jack to the battery

Could be a problem with the charger.
I mean the charger, not the power supply, which apparently works.
