i have a rover 216, 1995, the previous owner cut through the wiring to fit a radio. does anyone know the colour sequencing to fit a new radio where there is no access to the speakers or description on the loom itself to identify which wire is which.

Hi Derek, these are from a 98 but I can't see rover changing the colours??
red/black 12v sidelights
light green/white 12v ignition
purple 12v memory
yellow/black left front
yellow/pink left front
grey/pink left rear
grey/black left rear
blue/black right rear
blue/pink right rear
orange/pink right front
orange/black right front
black ground

any other wires are for the remote display and the steering wheel control
