fan & pump run continuosly ?

glow worm swift flow 75. fan & pump appear to run all time and ch seems to be though not switched on, fan runs at top speed when ch switch is off

could be ntc fault, that would cause pump to run continually.
pboiler needs to be drained to replace as they are in wet pockets
