Problems with Modena 80E?

The hydrometer is below zero and is leaking into bucket underneath. the pipe thats leaking is really warm. how can i get the hydrometer back up? please help

Had a mains electrical fault in the house now only have hot water but no central heating in my Modena 80E ???

You need to to fix leaking first and fill up pressure through filling loop locketing somewhere under boiler. you will need expert to fix leak.
