As I said in August 2009. we're talking about the programme lights when counting. Warning lights or progress lights things aren't programme lights and therefore don't feature. But for the avoidance of doubt 1=Intensive, 2=Normal, 3=Eco and so on.
If you read the fine manual I was referring to in conjunction with the original post it would have been very clear.
Bizarrely had a problem with an FDW60 today, and the first thing I found looking for the light codes was MY original post, which I'd completely forgotten about. It appears that in over five years, no one has done a more complete list! But FWIW I can confirm that light five blinking (ECO) does indeed relate to a flooded pan - when you undo six screws to remove it you'll see a microswitch with a block of expanded polystyrene pushing it up when it floats. But by then you'll have flooded the floor as turning it on its side is the only way to get to the bottom, and the water follows gravity.
