How can I stop condensation on my velux roof windows?

I have a velux roof window that is prone to condensation. When it runs down the window it is running into a channel and onto the wood frame and now the wood is beginnning to rot. Is there suppose to be something at the bottom of the window to catch the condensation and protect the frame, or should it be sealed in?

Hi there, there is some grooves in the rubber at the bottom of the glass get a knitting needle or something and clean them out failing that, ask yourself why so much condensation? is it a bathroom? has the glass seal broken down? whats the top reveal like? www.adlux.co.uk
