Door stuck locked, lights flashing and machine full of water - what do I do? The machine will run on normal cycle and add water - but nothing will drain away?

switch off machine remove waste pipe from where it emptys (into pipe or onto sink waste) then take waste pipe from machine and put it into bowl or bucket (lower than water in machine) it should run out with gravity (just lift pipe to stop flow ), if not it is possible your pump or internal pipe in machine is blocked, good luck(( PS if you take pipe off sink waste remember not to put water down sink ))
