my indiset washing machine is not working, all lights flashing?

my washing machine keeps getting to a certain part of a cycle and then it stops and starts to flash raidly, it won't change cycle either when I turn i on and off. Can you help?

Thanks Paul, it is the 1000 spin, easy iron and the power light that keeps flashing. P.S there is no black dot to reset the programme.
