if the pump is running all the time it is a fault on the control module

The pump starts as soon as the cycle starts. As the water is filling it is being pumped straight out. It pumps out at the washing cycle as well as rinse cycle. It only stops at end of program.

through what cycle not the wash i take it the machine may have deceted a fault and it in fault mode
