The word Guide appears on the DVD recorder and then the machine is locked, you can't eject or even switch on. How can I clear this completely? Obviously something is programmed in and it won't budge.
I have to switch the DVD off at the mains and switch back on again. My technical friends are all baffled and they can't clear it.
