How can I fix my Velux Window(GPL P10) I am getting water damage?

My velux Window GPL P10 is working fine. However I am getting some water damage at both bottom corners. I think this is because long strips of metal that sit on each side of the window have came off. Are these strips included in a Flashing kit or can I get them on there own somewhere?

Just contact your local builders merchant. With a bit of luck they will be as helpful as my guys.

Who do I call?

Thanks Bob,

For anyone thats interested I spoke to my local builders merchant who contacted Velux and found that the part is not in the flashing kit but part of the window itself. It did have a part no. so it was ordered and is now repaired.

Phone your local loft window company they might supply or put you on to where you can get them. Alternative talk you into a new window.
