problems lighting boiler?

camray 5 combi ran out of oil, drew the oil through and have been trying to reset for 3 days without success, it attempts for about 20 seconds the red light comes on

How did you draw oil to boiler, have you touched anything on the oil pump,(the part that the flexible oil hose attaches to on the burner.

Please repaly with this info and the burner type Riello RDB or whatever
