Volume on my cassette player?

My cassette player will play, but the volume is very low. Even when I turn the volume up to max the sound coming out is not loud at all. Yet on the other hand, the volume on the radio works fine. Can you help me out?

at first the cassette palyer in my truck accepted the tape. But when I ejected the tape out and tried to put in bak in, it will not accept any tape now. It keeps rejected them? It is a factor installed cassette deck. How do you fix the problem?
